This page explains how BXF by ASORY ("BXF," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you apply for the "Create Your Fashion Legacy" masterclass or otherwise interact with our forms and pages.

When you fill out an application form (on this website or via a Meta/Facebook Instant Form), we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name
• Your phone number / WhatsApp number
• Which masterclass round you're interested in
• Information about your brand or business stage

We use this information solely to:

• Contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your application and answer questions
• Coordinate logistics for the masterclass (scheduling, venue details, payment)
• Keep an internal record of applicants for our own planning purposes

Application data is stored in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet used internally by the BXF team. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our ads and to reach people who may be interested in similar programs. This may involve Meta processing standard web analytics events (such as page views and form submissions) in accordance with Meta's own Privacy Policy.
